To date, the company has obtained more than 30 invention and utility model patents, including “Method for Determining the Cleaning Efficiency of Hematology Analyzer Cleaning Solutions” and “Tripropylamine Cleaning Buffer and Its Preparation Method for Roche Cobas e801 Chemiluminescence Immunoassay System.” Xinke Medical also participated in formulating the industry standard YY/T0456 Hematology Analyzer Reagents. Through years of technological accumulation, the company has become a leader in these specialized fields.

The company has built a mature and efficient R&D team, consisting of over 40 professionals with master’s degrees and senior technical titles. Its High-Tech R&D Center houses a 1,500 m² central laboratory, equipped with more than 200 advanced research instruments, including Roche, Abbott, Beckman, and Siemens chemiluminescence analyzers, as well as atomic absorption, gas chromatography, and liquid chromatography systems. Xinke Medical also serves as a collaborative partner and teaching practice base for Zhejiang Normal University, Zhejiang University of Technology, and Jinhua Polytechnic University.

Xinke Medical operates a 2,000 m² GMP-standard clean production workshop with 11 fully automated filling production lines and more than 60 advanced manufacturing facilities, including a 6.0t/h reverse osmosis + EDI ultrapure water system, reaching a daily production capacity of 80 tons. With its stable production conditions and strict quality management, the company has become the preferred OEM partner for cleaning solutions for many diagnostic instrument manufacturers.
